Ingredients:
1 lb. ground
beef (80/20)
1 Sweet
Onion
2
Cloves of Garlic
2 tsps.
Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp.
Olive oil
1 cup
Cheddar Cheese
Parsley
Oregano
Salt
Black
Pepper
Directions:
Chop onion
In
small pan sauté onion and garlic until light brown
Start with onion then add garlic
once onions are mostly translucent
In a
large mixing bowl, add all ingredients (including onion and garlic)
Mix
ingredients together
Make
round 6oz patties
Cook
the patties in a pan on medium high until desired temperature
Add bun
if desired
Originally:
Take
one patty add cheddar cheese in the middle
Add
another patty and crimp the edges together
